Today started out with a new, easy go-to breakfast option I've been indulging in: I cook plain oatmeal, with frozen peaches, in the microwave, then top with a dash of vanilla soy milk and some toasted almonds. For dinner last night, I made one of my signature pizzas: I rolled out homemade whole wheat pizza dough and created a calzone stuffed with freshly sauteed greens, tons of garlic, crushed red pepper and olives - one of my favorite dishes ever. I always make an extra calzone or two: they freeze well and I can grab one on the go to bring to work for lunch.
