The scale today confirmed what I've been feeling - lighter and more energetic. Today's weight was 145.2 - which means I lost 4.3 pounds in the past 7 days. The best part of this is that I never felt hungry: my Karyn's At Home meals were full of fiber and hence very filling. I'm excited to keep on with my plan for two more days, and then I'm looking forward to following Kris Carr's Crazy Sexy Diet for the next 21 days.
